These leggings are amazing! I wonder if it's possible to DIY?

Britney is doing a tourrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not sure how many people will be appreciative of this fact, but I love her. I think the media have had a very bad view of her, because if she wasn't famous, nobody would care. But I soooo want to go!!!!! So basically, I am going to buy Britney tickets and then decide if I can afford Boys Like Girls tickets. I feel a bit bad for her, because she did go off the rails, and did some silly things. But as I have seen, emotional distress and such can make people do very very stupid things. So whilst she will be remembered for shaving her head, driving with her child on her lap whilst driving and having a very irresponsible time, I think that her comeback was inevitable. There is only so low one can go without completely destroying oneself.

Finally had the medical statistics explained to me yesterday and now I get it :D Haven't really been sleepy since C's birthday thing: not lost any sleep or gained any, so all is fine. Have got 3 days off this week, and done my presentation. Practiced it today and it was 11 minutes, even though I still need to include things. I am such a bad public speaker though :( N has also planned her birthday thing waaaay in advance, but aww bless her, because she'll get a good turnout.

Last week, C, H and I were questioning why two girls (both being hot is a must apparently) kissing is hotter than two guys. I don't really go for either, but whatever people want to do.. it's up to them, and I am not going to judge. To each their own, and all. I asked P to explain it to me, and he told me that a lot of gay men become camp: they do not start off like that but it is their gay friends that make them that way. Not exactly peer pressure, but sometimes you change the way you are to fit in with the people with whom you hang out. So the gay man changes, and becomes more camp. And for men to be camp, it compromises some of their masculinity. Whereas women have strong emotional relationships with other women, and are touchy feely, hence it is "natural" for them to touch and this can also lead onto kissing.

Anyway. Hope nobody's offended!!!

Got really distracted yesterday when I wrote this post, because of facebook picture uploading. And also medical statistics. Am just about to submit my essay, which I have been working on for ages. I can't wait until I can eat sugar again.

Did I mention that?

P is addicted, and so is going cold turkey. And to support and encourage him, I am doing it as well. Even though I really love cake and chocolate, and he realises it is a huge sacrifice on my part. We can have it again after my BSc Foundation course exam, which is on 18th December, so only.... 20ish days to go!!!! Not long now :D

I really want to go home. I don't really miss it much, but a few weeks before I do go home, I always have a wanting feeling. It's just been ages :(

heating up

Since concluding Semester 2 of University last week (though it feels as if it has been a month already due to the crammed events on a per day basis) I've finally embraced freedom and have been celebrating with the people I love! Love the holidays, especially this one. A lengthy 4 months worth of fun.

Besides all the partying, shopping et al I've also been job hunting! Today I had a brief interview with Versace, guess we'll have to see how that one goes in a few days or so. Tomorrow another interview as well as another one on Monday. So crammed. But I do enjoy interviews...wierd huh? Any tips? Hehe.

Furthermore I've noticed all kinds of sales are creeping up, seemingly all crammed in the next few days. (I'm still bummed I didn't go to the Sass & Bide sale.) Tomorrow I'm attending the MYCATWALK.COM sale up in Balmain, I'll let you all know how it went and what I buy :)

Ahh...X'mas is just around the corner. I should do a pre-X'mas wishlist post soon. Craving for so many things at the moment! Just to make a quick note - I'm going to get these Zimmermann babies! (The first one on the left). What do we all think? I love the frills, it's too cute to resist!
